Computer Graphics Rendering

Computer graphics rendering (image synthesis) is the automatic process of generating a photorealistic or non-photorealistic image (called a scene file) from a 2D or 3D via a computer program. Scene files contain geometry, viewpoint, texture, lighting, and shading information of the virtual scene which is then automatically processed and output to a digital image or a raster graphics image file. Common use cases are architectural designs, video games, animated moves, simulators, special effects, and design visualization.
