An Operating System (OS) and Computing Language are a collection of software solutions that direct a computer's operations. It controls and schedules the execution of other programs, and manages input, output, storage, and communication resources. A Computing Language instructs a computer when creating applications, controlling the behavior of the computer, or expressing algorithms.
